The only drawbacks were that the shuttle took awhile to pick up from the airport (but it was precisely as scheduled going back to the airport), I didn't get the wake up call I requested, the toilet tank took a long time to refill after flushing (a little noisy), and my room had a window facing the highway, so it was somewhat noisy. Breakfast included dark, medium or light, decaf or caf coffee, orange juice, some other pink juice, some pastries/breads, assorted cereals, fresh waffles, and a few other "continental breakfast" things.
